If the above holds true (of which I believe it does), then loving someone enough to make them earn our trust transcends what we sometimes requires more than we ever thought of. We have to learn to love unconditionally first of all, (because that's the only way we can learn to trust) then trust also 'in the real sense of the word'; even though we know the ones we trust most times are the ones that stabs us the deepest...yeah!

It never gets real until we can't find anymore more reason/s as to why we should open up our hearts to show unparalleled compassion even when it appears the beneficiary is a brute-beast (taking into cognisance no favours or sacrifices done).

But...hold on a sec!

What if we are the ones that actually betrayed the trust (knowingly or unknowingly)? Yet feeling like nothing actually happened; because obviously, there's no iota of feelings felt...no remorse! Cuz in our hearts we are right and actually did nothing wrong. How should we react if actually we are innocent yet somebody feels we betrayed them? What should be the way forward?

Have you ever felt this way before? Obviously yes! Everyone at one point or the order have gone through such experience/s; while the (perceived) offended in his heart feels so betrayed. This takes us to the next issue surrounding trust; and that is LOYALTY! Yeah...

Loyalty is faithfulness or a devotion to a person, country, group, or cause. (Wikipedia).

Owing to the above definition, we'll say that loyalty and trust is a good thing and in deed a rare virtue to possess in this present world; but what if such a person, country, or group are not morally in line with what you believe? Would you compromise your faith and sell your off conscience so as to gain favour/s from whoever or just to be in their good books?

In view of this now, it's quite evident that there is a very thin line between Loyalty and Stupidy; often ignored by the who find themselves in such messy situation.

Therefore guilt is a personal thing; and when they falsely accuse you, keep your head up, walk tall and proud, pretend as if nothing happened and move on! No one can be right all of the time; that's why we are human. Peter according to the bible betrayed his master (Christ) but that never robbed him off his position in God's sight neither in the heart of Christ. How you see yourself matters a lot; even if you are guilty!

I know you must have heard someone say 'I'm not really mad at the fact that you lied to me because I wasn't expecting any lesser, rather I'm afraid you've just given me reasons not to trust anything you from now on".

As we can see, different people react to trust issues in different ways based on their varying levels of understanding (both the betrayer and the betrayed). But we need to grow beyond emotions and face situations squarely!

If you are guilty, what should you do?

• Realize that you messed up.
• Accept your faults.
• Show a good sign of remorse.
• Swallow your pride and ask forgiveness.
• Turn a new leaf and walk in your fresh freedom from guilt.

If you are accused innocently or you simply refused someone using you as a puppet to achieve their evil aims (calling you disloyal, unworthy of trust cuz you left), what should you do?

• Quit the explanations to every Tom, Dick and Harry. 
• Focus on the truth you know in your heart. 
• Be positive and walk with your head high.
• Think less of what they think about you.
• Don't give away your power by hating them cuz of that; they are not worth the waste of the precious love energy.
•  See yourself as being right, then you wouldn't need to explain anymore.
